    Welcome to Calentify. By accessing or using our appointment management platform (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Service.

    1. Overview

    Calentify provides an online scheduling system that allows clinics, service providers, and clients to manage appointments through a digital interface.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old or have legal permission to use this Service.

    3. User Responsibilities

    By using Calentify, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
    • Not misuse or abuse the platform
    • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
    • Not create fake appointments or impersonate others

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    4. Clinic / Service Provider Responsibilities

    Clinics and service providers agree to:

    • Provide accurate service and schedule information
    • Manage bookings in a professional manner
    • Respect client privacy and confidentiality
    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

    5. Payments and Deposits (If Applicable)

    Payments processed via third-party gateways are governed by the respective provider’s policies. Calentify is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or chargebacks between clients and clinics.

    6. Notifications

    By using the Service, you consent to receive notifications about your appointments via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email. These messages may be delivered through third-party providers such as Twilio or Meta (WhatsApp Business API).

    7. Data Protection

    Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee:

    • Uninterrupted availability
    • Absence of errors or bugs
    • That the Service will meet all expectations

    We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service when necessary.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Calentify shall not be liable for:

    • Missed or incorrect appointments
    • Losses caused by third-party service providers
    • Payment issues between clients and clinics
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion in cases of policy violations, fraud, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time.

    الشروط والأحكام – Calentify

    باستخدامك لمنصة Calentify، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. إذا لم تكن موافقاً، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.

    1. نظرة عامة

    Calentify هي منصة إلكترونية لإدارة وحجز المواعيد بين العيادات ومقدمي الخدمات والعملاء.

    2. أهلية الاستخدام

    يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 16 عاماً على الأقل أو يملك الأهلية القانونية لاستخدام الخدمة.

    3. مسؤوليات المستخدم

    يلتزم المستخدم بما يلي:

    • تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة
    • عدم إساءة استخدام المنصة بأي شكل
    • عدم محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل النظام
    • عدم إنشاء مواعيد وهمية أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين

    يحق لـ Calentify تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط.

    4. مسؤوليات مقدمي الخدمات

    يلتزم مقدمو الخدمات (العيادات والمراكز) بما يلي:

    • عرض معلومات صحيحة عن الخدمات والمواعيد
    • إدارة جدول المواعيد بطريقة مهنية
    • احترام خصوصية العملاء وسرية بياناتهم
    • الالتزام بالقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها

    5. المدفوعات (إن وجدت)

    أي دفعات أو عربون يتم عبر بوابات دفع خارجية يخضع لسياسة تلك الجهة، ولا تتحمل Calentify مسؤولية النزاعات المالية بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة.

    6. الإشعارات

    يوافق المستخدم على استلام إشعارات متعلقة بالمواعيد عبر الرسائل النصية SMS، أو WhatsApp، أو البريد الإلكتروني. قد تُرسل هذه الرسائل عبر مزودين مثل Twilio أو Meta.

    7. حماية البيانات

    يتم التعامل مع بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، كما يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخوله.

    8. توفر الخدمة

    نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة، لكن لا نضمن:

    • توفر الخدمة بشكل دائم دون انقطاع
    • خلو الخدمة من الأخطاء أو الأعطال
    • توافق الخدمة مع جميع توقعات المستخدم

    قد نقوم بتحديث أو تعديل أو إيقاف أجزاء من المنصة عند الحاجة.

    9. حدود المسؤولية

    لا تتحمل Calentify المسؤولية عن:

    • المواعيد الفائتة أو غير الصحيحة
    • الخسائر الناتجة عن أطراف خارجية
    • مشاكل الدفعات بين العميل ومقدم الخدمة
    • أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية

    تُقدّم الخدمة “كما هي” و”حسب توفرها”.

    10. إنهاء الاستخدام

    يجوز لـ Calentify إيقاف أو إنهاء وصول المستخدم للخدمة في حال المخالفات أو الاحتيال أو السلوك الضار. ويمكن للمستخدم التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت.

    11. القانون الحاكم

    تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المحلية والدولية المعمول بها.
