Calentify – Data Deletion Request
If you have created an account on Calentify (including login with email, Google, or Facebook) and wish to delete your data, you may request data deletion at any time.
To request the deletion of your personal data:
Please send an email to:
[email protected]
with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”, and include:
- Your full name
- Phone number used in the booking system
- Email address used for login
- Your Facebook or Google account ID (if applicable)
We will delete all associated data from our systems within 48–72 hours, except for data we are legally required to retain (for example, financial or accounting records).
What data will be deleted?
- Profile data
- Appointment history
- Communications related to your account
- Tokens and login permissions (Facebook / Google)
If you uninstall the application or remove Calentify from your Facebook or Google Apps list, your login permissions will also be revoked automatically.

إذا قمت بإنشاء حساب في Calentify (سواء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google أو Facebook)، وترغب في حذف بياناتك الشخصية، يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.
لطلب حذف البيانات:
يرجى إرسال رسالة بريد إلكتروني إلى:

وعنوان الرسالة: “طلب حذف البيانات”
مع تضمين المعلومات التالية:
- اسمك الكامل
- رقم الهاتف المستخدم في نظام الحجز
- البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم لتسجيل الدخول
- معرّف حساب Google أو Facebook (إن وجد)
سنقوم بحذف جميع البيانات المرتبطة بحسابك من أنظمتنا خلال 48–72 ساعة، ما عدا البيانات التي قد نضطر للاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية (مثل السجلات المالية أو المحاسبية).
ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
- بيانات الملف الشخصي
- سجل المواعيد
- سجلات التواصل المرتبطة بحسابك
- رموز الدخول والصلاحيات (Facebook / Google)
في حال إزالة تطبيق Calentify من قائمة التطبيقات الموصولة في حسابك على Google أو Facebook، سيتم أيضًا إلغاء صلاحيات تسجيل الدخول تلقائيًا.
